Return Policy

Our goal is to make the highest quality meaningful gifts for our customers to enjoy with their Soulmates. We inspect every item before they get shipped for accuracy and quality. 

In the case that there is a quality error on our part, please contact us at and we will accommodate our customers for an exchange, partial, or full refund. 

Since our items are personalized, we are not able to cancel or change an order once it has been sent into production. If the order was very recently placed we would urge our customers to contact our support team to see if changes are still possible. 

NOTE: Soulmate Customs reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (due to shipping costs, customs, or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Soulmate Customs or any of our carriers. We appreciate every one of you for understanding.

We do provide package package protection insurance in case the carrier loses or damages your package. We strongly recommend including package protection for a small fee as unfortunately shipping carriers occasionally do encounter errors.
