If something isn’t right due to a production or quality issue on our end, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. We’re happy to redo your item until you’re satisfied. Just reach out to us at info@soulmatecustoms.com and our team will take care of you.

Because our items are personalized, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they enter production. If your order was placed very recently, please contact our support team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to see if changes are still possible.

Soulmate Customs reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion if the content, language, or material is deemed inappropriate.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding.

For extra peace of mind, we offer optional package protection in case your package is lost or damaged during transit. We highly recommend adding package protection at checkout, as shipping carriers may occasionally experience errors.
