Because our items are personalized, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they enter production. If your order was placed very recently, please contact our support team as soon as possible and weβll do our best to see if changes are still possible.
Soulmate Customs reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion if the content, language, or material is deemed inappropriate.
